We want you to LOVE and feel PASSIONATE about Tucketts™ as we are, so you have the right to exchange or return any pair of Tucketts™ bought from the website.
- We will issue a refund or exchange due to manufacturer defects for a full refund within 14 days of receiving them. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- All items being returned for other reasons must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- If you have used our product in any way or we determine that our product has been used it is not eligible for return due to healthy and safety reasons.
- The shipping charges to mail the product back are paid by you. Once we have received your return item we will proceed to refund it or exchange it, according to your request, all shipping charges are not refundable.
- Please note that Tucketts™ does not warrant its products against normal wear and tear.
- We do not take responsibility for any item(s) lost during the return shipping.
- To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase that includes the order number.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds

- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
